Roof Restoration – Fully adhered, fully reinforced

Roof restoration is a cost saving process to revitalize the existing membrane for much less money than a roof replacement. 

This is a typical Built Up Roof (BUR) that was restored with UNIFLEX Fluid Applied System. We sweep and spud rocks to achieve a smooth surface membrane to be prepped for a Fluid Applied Uniflex Roof.
Application of new non-fibered emulsion, embedded with a 40 inch polyester fabric (Stitched) to fully adhere and fully reinforce the existing membrane.
This is a new monolithic, seamless, waterproof membrane to restore the existing membrane.
